Onecape

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Onecape is an autonomous marketing engine. It plans strategy, drafts content and creatives, and publishes to the social accounts you connect, on your behalf and under limits you set. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We keep it plain because you should be able to understand it.

Who we are

Onecape (“we”, “us”) provides the Onecape platform. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at dinesh@inocyx.com.

Data we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash), so you can sign in and we can contact you about your account.
  • Brand and business information — details you give us about your brands (descriptions, links, positioning, uploaded documents) so we can generate on-brand content.
  • Connected-account access — when you connect a social account (Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business, WhatsApp, Telegram), the platform gives us an access token and basic account details (such as the account/page name and ID). We use these only to publish and measure the content you approve.
  • Content you create — the posts, captions, images, and videos generated or scheduled in Onecape, and their publishing status.
  • Usage and performance data — how you use the product and the results of published posts (reach, engagement, clicks), so we can report on and improve outcomes.

How we use your data

  • To provide the service: plan, generate, schedule, publish, and measure content.
  • To publish to your connected accounts only when a post is approved under the autonomy level you set.
  • To show you dashboards and reports on what your content did.
  • To secure the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the data we access from your connected accounts for advertising or any purpose other than operating Onecape for you.

Data from Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

With your explicit authorisation, Onecape accesses the Facebook Pages you manage and their linked Instagram Business accounts, in order to publish the posts you approve and read the resulting insights. We only access what you grant, we use it solely to operate the service for you, and we handle it in line with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke this access at any time (see “Your choices and deleting your data” below).

How we share data

We share data only with the service providers that make Onecape work, and only as needed:

  • Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, WhatsApp, Telegram) — to publish and measure the content you approve.
  • AI model providers — to generate drafts from the brief and brand information you provide.
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and email delivery used to run the platform.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

How we protect your data

Connected-account access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit what we hold to what the service needs.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect an account, we delete the stored access token for it. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, subject to any limited retention required by law.

Your choices and deleting your data

  • Disconnect an account — in Onecape, open Channels and remove any connected account. This deletes the access token we hold and stops all further publishing to it. You can also revoke Onecape’s access from the platform’s own settings (for Meta: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites).
  • Delete your data or account — see our Data Deletion instructions.
  • Access or correct your data — email dinesh@inocyx.com and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, let you know in the product.
